Our Story
Alexander Solutions is an IT Support company founded in the summer of 2023. We aim to provide top tier support to individuals and small to medium sized businesses alike. We offer a full range of IT services for your home or business as well as high quality customer service along the way.

With more than eight years of experience, we have seen a thing or two. These experiences range from helping with small projects like fixing a phone screen or downloading the proper software, all the way up to helping schools and universities implement new wirless networks and 1:1 device programs. Coming from a fire service background we understand what pressure is and how to handle it in stride. This also gives us a wide range of life experiences so it is easier to help walk customers through a project from start to finish without the confusion of a standard "tech geek". Growing up in the digital age has also given us the upper hand of learning and growing with new tech as it rapidly comes along.
